Order processing
Paid orders are processed within 12–24 hours on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays start processing on the next business day.
Shipping rates and zones
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. Lagos metro rates are lower, while interstate and harder-to-reach areas may have higher courier fees.
Return eligibility and exclusions
Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and discounted final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
How refunds and exchanges work
Once your return is received and approved, exchange dispatch or refund processing begins within 2–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
